Terms of Use

The operator of the OnPlay service is ReRise Limited.

OnPlay is a social project aimed at the creative realization of each user of the application. This is a symbiosis of information and entertainment content based on original human ideas. The OnPlay feed contains exclusive videos shot by users. The platform makes it possible to earn real money by creating entertaining videos: here you can easily monetize your hobbies by completing tasks for other users. With OnPlay you can be a screenwriter, a director, and an actor at the same time! Watch and enjoy your friends’ videos, reveal your talents and gain well-deserved mega-popularity!

In order to enter the application, you need to go through a simple registration procedure. You will need to enter your email. In the empty fields, enter your nickname, name, date of birth and create a password consisting of at least 8 characters. Agreement with the terms and conditions of use of the application is a mandatory condition for registration. Also confirm that you are of age by clicking on the appropriate checkbox. An email will be sent to your email, don’t forget to open it and confirm your account. You can also register and log into the application through the social networks “Vkontakte” and “Facebook” by clicking on the corresponding icons. You can start getting acquainted with the application as an unregistered user. However, in this case you will not be able to post your content.

Congratulations! You are now a full member of our community. After registering and logging in, you will be taken to the main page. This is a feed with popular and relevant videos for a specified period. Here you can watch, rate and share your favorite videos. If a video violates the OnPlay community rules, you can tell us about it by selecting “Complain” in the video menu. The bell icon contains your notifications.

To take part in free competitions, select the section with the image of the cup. All available competitions are collected here and their conditions are described: what exactly needs to be filmed, by what date you need to upload the video, the prize fund is indicated and scheduled. Click on the “Take Part” button and then “Upload Video” to upload your entry. The winners will be selected by general voting and, after summing up the results, will instantly receive prize money into their account. Don't forget to invite your friends to vote, they will increase your chances of winning. Contests that have already been completed are highlighted with a gray background. You can view their results by clicking on the “Details” button.

Competitions consist of three stages:

  1. At the initial stage, participants submit their videos to the competition;
  2. Vote. OnPlay users cast votes for their favorite videos;
  3. Results. After summing up the results, the money won is transferred to the accounts of the participants whose videos received the most votes.

Competition rules:

  1. Only adult users participate;
  2. The competition video must comply with all OnPlay Community Guidelines, which will be described below;
  3. Apple has nothing to do with OnPlay competitions and is not a sponsor.

To order a video for other users, go to the menu with the big plus image. Enter the order name and detailed description, offer a price and select a fulfillment date, then click “Create Order.” Before doing this, do not forget to top up your account in your personal account.

You can get to the order feed using the “Orders” icon. There you can see blue cards with tasks. They indicate the customer, the time to complete the order and its amount. To complete the task, click “More details” and then “Take order”.

All available tasks are automatically displayed, but in the filters you can select only the categories that interest you. You can take any task from the “New Orders” category and upload the finished video according to the task. To accept an order, you need to deposit 20% of its cost as a guarantee that the task will not be abandoned. When the customer checks your video and approves it, expect payment to your account. If the customer forgot to approve the order, the money will be sent to you automatically within 24 hours. 20% of the order value will be the OnPlay commission.

If the customer does not like your video, he can submit the task to a “dispute”. There, within 24 hours, independent users will decide whether the completed video corresponds to the order. If the number of positive votes exceeds the number of negative ones, then expect your well-deserved bonuses. In the opposite situation, the reward will be returned to the customer. You can monitor the situation in the “In Dispute” tab.

All rights to the produced videos belong to the customer. In turn, by registering in the OnPlay application, the customer and performer agree to publish the produced content on any OnPlay platforms and resources, as well as on other video hosting sites.

You can view the tasks that you have ordered or accepted for execution in the “Profile” section. Here, by clicking on the pencil, you can change the photo and your data: indicate a different email, password, change your login, name, date of birth and write something about yourself.

Your profile allows you to track your balance and make money transactions.

Acceptance of payments and disbursements are carried out through a third-party payment service provider. To log out of your account, go to your profile settings and click on the logout image in the upper right corner of the screen.

We would like to convey the importance of following the key OnPlay Rules; with their help, we regulate and maintain a friendly atmosphere in our community and ensure that rights and laws are respected. For failure to comply with these Rules, we reserve the right to delete your content and account. We will be forced to report major violations to law enforcement agencies, so we rely on your decency and diligence. We respect our users, try to create the best conditions for you and believe that you will reciprocate our feelings. By following these simple rules, you will ensure that you have a great time and trust with other users in the OnPlay community.

OnPlay opposes the publication of the following types of content:

Violence and sabotage
In our community, demonstration of all types of violence, vandalism and other harm to people, animals and the environment is prohibited.

  • We are AGAINST demonstrating and/or encouraging suicide and other dangerous actions aimed at causing harm to health, including visual representations of the consequences of food poisoning;
  • We are AGAINST terrorism and crime. Do not use OnPlay as endorsement, promotion or similar ideas;
  • We are AGAINST the use of our community as a platform for the sale and demonstration of illegal substances and weapons;
  • We are AGAINST threats in all shapes and forms, including manifestations of racism.

Shock content
OnPlay strongly discourages the publication of violent scenes, scandals and other types of shocking content. Let's respect each other and not provoke others into quarrels and violence.

Pornography and the safety of children and adolescents
The application will not allow the distribution of corrupting content. We are impatient with displays of sexuality and indecent behavior.

  • Advertising of intimate services, attacks on integrity, film adaptation of sexual violence and nudity are strictly prohibited;
  • A particularly important point: we will not allow the dissemination of sex scenes involving minors! The publication of such content is punishable by law; we will immediately report such incidents to law enforcement agencies;
  • Also, OnPlay will NOT allow the distribution of content containing information about intrusion into the privacy of children and adolescents and other information that infringes on their rights and freedoms, encroaching on the health of minors;
  • We are AGAINST the use of our community for the purpose of harassment;
  • Use the OnPlay app only if you are of legal age.

Discrimination

  • OnPlay stands for equality for all users! We strongly do not allow any manifestations of racism, sexism or other forms of discrimination on the platform. Please do not incite hatred towards people with disabilities or insult people of other religions and cultures.
  • We ARE AGAINST trolling and provocation, so please refrain from uploading or sharing content that could cause such hostility.

Aggressive behavior
OnPlay is a positive community. We have no place for aggression and insults. We welcome communication between users in an atmosphere of friendship, good manners and mutual respect.

  • We are AGAINST bullying and insulting other people;
  • We are AGAINST violations of human information rights: disclosure of confidential information and private life information, infringement of the right to honor and good name, prohibition on expressing one’s own point of view, etc.

Falsification and fraud
OnPlay values ​​the originality and creativity of users in creating videos, so anything that misleads other people or is openly spammy will be deleted. We will not tolerate fraud or deception.

  • OnPlay AGAINST the presence of “undercover” users on the platform. We will immediately delete your account if we find out that you have impersonated another person for the purpose of profit, misled someone with knowingly false information;
  • OnPlay is AGAINST the use of any technologies to artificially increase popularity, all types of spam and other harmful content; resorting to deceptive headlines or texts for the sake of likes and other types of activity;
  • OnPlay AGAINST copyright infringement. Do not use photos, videos, or audios protected by this right when creating your videos.

Gambling and betting
We are AGAINST propaganda and native advertising of UNlicensed bookmakers, financial instruments and pyramids. Advertising of online casinos in the Russian Federation is punishable by law, so it is also prohibited in OnPlay.

Security OnPlay
The following fraudulent activities regarding the security of the application and OnPlay developers are prohibited:

  • We do not allow any attempts to hack the OnPlay application and website;
  • We do not tolerate the distribution or attempted introduction of malware into our platform;
  • We prohibit the use of algorithms, codes of the application and its individual parts for the purpose of creating derivative products or for any other purpose. It is prohibited to copy and adapt all documents and files related to the OnPlay application;
  • The use of scripts to collect and process information belonging to the platform is prohibited.

The actions of each user of the OnPlay application that contradict any clause of these Rules are considered a violation and will entail the deletion of illegal content, as well as, possibly, the violator’s account with all available funds in the account. In this case, money will not be refunded. It is within our collective power to create a safe, positive community. You can always contact our support team info@onplaysite.com and ask questions. Payments in competitions depend on the conditions of a specific competition, and the size of payments to the winner as well as the number of winners is determined by the conditions of a specific competition
